As you can see, i'm currently at the bottom of the ladder.

Friends

I've just realised how much less i've been involved in the lives of my friends, like ever since church.
Is it suppose to be good?

Maybe out of sheer inconvenience, i have not been talking to friends that had been previously the best company i could ever have.

Is it time?
Everyone has 24 hours, how would you use yours?

Or maybe we are all in different classes right now and have steadily adapted to being comfortable in our own cliques.
I am guilty of that.
Honestly i still wish i had the chance to be in the same class as the other 2-5 people but i guess God has a reason for putting me in 4-4.

I guess the further you are away from people, the less time you spend with them, the more you tend to miss them.
It teaches you to not take people for granted.
It also makes every single moment spent with them all the more precious.

If we are all going our separate ways after O's, will we still contact each other?

Will you be willing to stay connected to someone else not because of an ulterior motive or mutual benefit?

Will you choose to treasure that friendship you have?
The Bible says, "For where your treasure is, your heart will be also."

Will you stand and say, "This is a someone who i can trust, love, confide in and pour out all my darkest secrets."

Will you look beyond the surface of an acquaintance and go deeper, choosing to serve, help and benefit someone else because they are truly someone you want to love and cherish?

At the end of the road, will you call that person your friend?

Or will you just let everything slip away?

What a week.

Chinese prelims are over but there's still O's.
Well this last month of prep should be most crucial.

What was best was Davin's first encounter with my condo's swimming pool.
Nope, he did not voluntarily choose to engage the waters.
Close guesses include "pinning him down" and "carrying him by the poolside."

It'll be a great weekend, but there's still many things to do.
Haha.
I guess it'll always be this 'eventful' from now on.

Great is Our God

What a weekend!
God has once again blown my mind away!

Every weekend seems to be an invigorating session for me.
Cell Group, Service, Ministry, Bible Study.
Being in the house of God, dwelling in the secret place.
Its always a refreshing experience week after week.
Thank God for that.

And today has been rather interesting.

Calista is now my older sis haha!
Joy is funny.

I've just discovered that there are several bruises up my back along my spine.
That is scary.
Hopefully it isn't anything serious and will heal in due time.
In any case, i'm going to make a trip to the doctor just to be sure.

NAPFA today with considerably poor results, even though for once, i managed to pass all the stations one my first try.
I still think that i would want to retake everything again though.
After adding everything, i scored a measly 14 points in total, which is a bronze.

The station i was most proud of wasn't the one i got A for.

It was pull-ups :D

If i'm not wrong, i'm tied for 3rd most number of pull-ups along with Junwen and Jason.

What a good day.

Perry made a point today by stating how we couldn't even master chinese and still wanted to learn japanese.
Well i guess its where your interests are.
Then again, it reminds me how much more work i have to do before chinese O's.
