Growth

I've realised how much I've grown just by looking at my blog archives.

Yesterday was night outing with our section's leaders.
What a quiet but fun time haha!
I think Lena and me could feel the pressure by Alex's presence.

And the turnout was a disappointing 5 people!
Well i think it could have been 6 if not for me ._.
Andy is sick! Pray he gets well.
Haha dinner at subway followed by supper at hong kong cafe.

And a surprising backflow of cash from ministry into my pockets.
When i least expected it.

HOLIDAYS

Celebrated Perry's birthday yesterday at Vivo!

Involved was Mall catching and dinner at Carl's Jr.
HUGE burgers

Haha we tried our best to surprise him.
Darryn and me were like stalking the group while they were going to the sky garden.
And Woon dosen't know how to prepare gifts and the card. LOL

He said he expected a surprise but he didn't expect presents.
A pair of slippers, Havanas and B.P.
And i could tell he liked it alot!

Anyway we had a great time, BQ was randomly funny.
Wei Cheng was quite quiet, but his help was greatly appreciated!

A lot of the celebration process couldn't have been possible without you.
Shawn was all SMILES.
Woon was glaringly orange.
Darryn was beng kia stripes LOL.

Woon bought a pair of skinnies from Top Man that cost $103.
Woah.
And i saw this jacket that i absoulutely loved.
It WAS CHEAPER than Woon's jeans, $60.
Going to Queensway today to see cos Darryn say got similar design.

Haha, and yes, i'm still having holidays. Jealous?

Habits

The habit of not forming a habit is by nature a habit itself.

Fasting

If there is something i've learnt about fasting its that when you fast, somehow or rather, you'll be tempted in every way possible and your favorite foods appear on the dinner table.

How should i put it?

You know something is wrong when you're fasting, your mum makes a cocktail dessert, which only happens once in a while.

When you're fasting, late at night, while you are using the com, your brother announces "fries!".

When you're fasting, you're taking geog exam in the morning and you see geography of food as your question.

When you're fasting, you step into your class to study, somehow there are people there eating prawn noodles and the aroma fills the entire room.

When you're fasting, you see 6 dishes on the dinner table when the previous day had only 3.

When you're fasting, you tell everyone not to mention about food but somehow they all had eaten something scrumptious on the day and can't wait to tempt you.

When you're fasting, you're typing this post and wondering, "Why aren't i sleeping so i can get up in the morning and have my BREAK-FAST."

I think our batch doesn't understand the meaning of prelim 2.

So the split has been decided, but its not as drastic as i thought.
I think part of the reason why is that WH still loves the cell and isn't as keen to give it up so easily.
I can understand that.

Now its more of a supervisory role.
But still, the chances of us sitting together quite slim.
Unless of course Mar is the one making the decision in sitting location.
But still, i think Ian and WH wouldn't want us to sit together.
Loses the ID of the cell.

History wise, i thank Krishnan for giving us LON the last time.
But shit, its still alot to study in 4 days.
I'm still at cold war LOL.
Only left rev kit A.

I'm going to concentrate on only 4 more other subs.
There is no time to make sure every sub is an A.
I think i'm gonna bet on my double maths, phys and combined humans.
Oh shit.
Maybe i think i'll swap chem with either phys or combined humans.

Actually its just that one of us will hav Ian taking over as our new leader.

Zone Camp

Zone was camp was the bomb!
Although excitement level wasn't as high as SupaTeens but it was great nevertheless.
How should i put it, SupaTeens was a foundation, Zone camp added on to what I learnt with new revelations!

Ian shared with us about who we were, Christ in us, us in Christ and in God.
Not forgetting who we were.
That was really impacting.

NEOS! SAT SAT OEI!

Corinth did a fantastic job even though we weren't champions.
What i was glad about was my team managed to win "Best Team" award!
Yeah!

And basketball, played with Samuel and Boris in a tournament style against other teams.
I mean like woah, we had never played together before and still managed to get into semi-finals haha.
What's more, i only knew Boris that morning haha!
Quite an achievement.

Mind-blowing week i tell you.



Drum Fest is at the end of the month.
Hmm, i think it'll be hard for me to enter.
Probably going down to watch to learn something.
Anyone wanna go?

SupaTeen

Haha guys, sorry, i've been away at camp.
Its called Super-Teens camp and its really a place where i think all your dreams will come true.
If you put in effort.

I won't elaborate, but i learnt ALOT from the camp.

Neh mind haha.
