What makes a good leader? What is the defination of a leader?
Pondered over this questions serveral times in the last few days. Is the leader, the one who rushes into things expecting a decent outcome, or the one who plans, thinks analyses the situation and stands behind the frontlines in order not to get hurt, or is a leader the one who has the qualities of both, able to react quickly, analyse in an instant, decisive, the first one to warn teamates of danger and the first to rush into battle in order to help save the team mate?
Anyone keen to give some views i will appreciate it alot.
